The new rates will be at $700 for foreign non-residents, $600 for foreign residents and shs.250000 for East Africa citizens.

Gorilla trekking in Uganda takes place in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park and Mgahinga Gorilla National Park. These parks are found in Southwestern Uganda and they host about half of all the 1063 mountain gorillas. Cost of gorilla permits in Rwanda

Every gorilla group is trekked by 8 trekkers and Uganda alone is composed of about 21 habituated gorilla family, Virunga National Park has 8 habituated groups and Volcanoes National Park consists of 10 habituated groups.
